This award winning IFA and Wealth Manager are looking to recruit an Operations
Manager for their head office in the City of London.

The company has grown substantially in recent years and is one the most
successful firms in the UK. They have offices in locations across the UK and
have strong ambitions for the years ahead.

The main responsibility is to oversee and improve the internal systems and
processes which support all client activity and provide MI reports for the
management. You will work closely with the Operations Director and Compliance
department, aiding with training on various systems and procedures and they
will look to you to implement a paperless office system.

This is a pivotal role within the firm and as such you will need experience
within an IFA, with knowledge of client support systems, back office and front
office IT systems, processes and procedures.

Due to your involvement with Compliance etc you will also need to hold the
Certificate in Financial Planning (FPC, CFP or equivalent)

This is an excellent position where you will be in the position to play a key
part within the growth of one of the leading IFA firms in the UK.
