My client is the pension outsourcing arm of one of the biggest UK specialist
professional services groups. Having been established for over 30 years they
have grown tremendously now having offices throughout the UK, and employing in
the region of 1500 staff. Their services are all encompassing, and include
actuarial, investment consulting, scheme wind ups, transition management and
compliance/ business review consulting.

A new opportunity has arisen to work alongside the Head of Corporate
Governance on all matters within the department, as well as focussing
specifically on driving the development of the application and adherence to
the FSAs TCF principles throughout the business.

The position has a variety of responsibilities including the day to day
management of the customer relations teams, review existing processes to
adhere to TCF principles, supervise the implementation of central projects,
manage the application of risk management and oversee the central risk
registers.
