This heavyweight outsourcing business is looking for a National Contact Centre
Manager to spearhead the development of this part of their pensions
administration offering. Covering both DB and DC business, which the
jobholder will need a clear understanding of, this facility is set to expand
this year and the role will involve managing this operation and leading the
strategic development of this business area. The ideal candidate will have
high level contact centre management experience gained within the pensions
market and the commercial and management skills to run and develop a business
unit.
