The Investment Administration department of a major, national financial services group is seeking to recruit for Senior Team Leader / Manager to join their business in this newly created role.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience within either the investment of financial services fields and must have a strong knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, Unit Trusts and Peps in addition to excellent management / leadership experience. The successful candidate will also have passed the IAQ or equivalent.

Your management experience must include in-depth hands on experience of issues such as recruitment, development and discipline as this will form a large part of your role.

Working as part of the departments middle management team you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the several Team Leaders helping to maintain a client focussed department that provides a first class, professional administration support.
