One of the world's leading professional services consulting organisations, a leader in the provision of strategic advice and plan implementation and management in the HR and Reward sectors, is looking to bring in an additional consultant to a strong existing practice focusing on Executive Comp & Bens. This team of Reward and Performance Management practitioners advise clients on reward strategies, job evaluation, performance management, base pay design, competencies, sales force compensation and equal pay, as well as market pay levels across all industries and at all levels. As a Consultant within the Executive Compensation & Rewards Practice, you will work closely with colleagues and clients on a range of projects, for instance the design and maintenance of pay programmes that are competitive, linked to performance and aligned with important business strategies and objectives. Many clients are advised on a Total Reward perspective, which entails looking at pay levels, benefits levels, learning and development/career progression opportunities and the culture/work environment. Whilst your focus will be reward and performance management for employees beneath the executive level, you will have the opportunity to work on projects encompassing executive compensation as well as working with other practices and offices.The practice offers a combination of challenging client situations, visionary projects, with the opportunity to develop excellent technical and consulting capability. Candidates will need to be able to offer a quality relevant background gained with a leading consulting firm.
