Highly reputable financial services arm of a top accountancy practice are
seeking to recruit a Compliance Executive to assist the Head of Compliance in
carrying out the risk based monitoring programme.
You will be responsible for providing guidance on procedures, interpretation
of regulations and company policy, so a good understanding of FSA rules and
guidance is essential. You will be dealing with queries from branches;
identify and analyse any potential risks to the firm; report findings to
Senior Management; carry out desk based monitoring to identify trends and
potential risks to the business; liaising with T&C supervisors; maintain
knowledge on regulatory issues, new legislation, company policies and products
as appropriate and maintain compliance records.

You will need to be able to work independently and have first class time
management and organisational skills. Good interpersonal skills essential.
Full FPC is required alongside 2 years of compliance experience in a
consultancy environment. Excellent package and prospects available.
