Description:
You will be responsible for coordinating the communications for a
recalibration of this international players UK benefits programme. You will
promote widespread understanding of their total reward offering – and ensure
that changes are properly understood by the members.
You will be an experienced individual, who already has a proven track record
in benefits/reward, ideally for a blue-chip company. You will hold excellent
knowledge of pensions, healthcare, flex and related benefits arrangements.
