Description:
Joining a newly restructured HR function, this new and high-profile role will
see you engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the company. Working in
tandem with the UK Benefits Lead, you’ll also analyse the various financial,
compliance and operational risks associated with different configurations of
our benefits programme.
An experienced individual, you’ll be someone who’s proven their credentials in
this area already – ideally, for a blue-chip company. As such, you’ll have an
expert knowledge of pensions, healthcare and other significant benefits
arrangements here in the UK. Now, you’ll be ready and eager to bring that
expertise to a role where you can really make an impact.
