Description:
A recently established Syndicate within the Lloyds marketplace is recruiting for a part qualified accountant to fill the position of Financial Reporting Assistant.
Working with the Financial Reporting Accountant you will support the production and submission of all financial reporting and regulatory / statutory returns. You will also get involved with the development of financial reporting and planning models through to balance sheet, assist with the company reserving and planning process and seek to improve processes and procedures within the department.
Applicants need to be educated to at least A level standard or equivalent, be studying towards a professional accountancy qualification, have previous financial accounting experience within the London Insurance Market and have working knowledge of typical accounting systems e.g. Sage/Sun.
