Description:
Privately owned SME business which has been established for around 4 years is
set to embark on a major phase of growth over the next 12 months. As a result,
the MD is looking to appoint a Financial Director to support him in business
planning, cash flow forecasting and securing bank funding.
Our client’s main area of business activity is retail and they are looking to
significantly increase their store coverage and to become the leading UK
provider.
There will be a hands-on financial element to the role but it is envisaged the
incumbent will recruit a finance team as the business grows.
This business has ambitious plans and although the basic will be competitive
the major benefit is potential equity.
