Ambitious professional services business based in Leeds City Centre is looking
to appoint a qualified Accountant into a newly created role.

The business has expanded both organically and through acquisition and this
post will support the Financial Director as the group continues to grow. The
focus of the role will be on the core finances of the business but there will
be scope to step outside this and gain exposure to non-financial matters, in
particular taking over HR responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responsible for the production of the Group consolidated management accounts
pack to strict monthly deadlines together with commercial commentary.

- Liaise with the Finance Director on audit matters.

- Responsible for all of the Group's day to day taxation matters with support
of the Financial Director.

- Responsible for the accurate maintenance of all of the Group's accounting
ledgers.

- Responsible for the production of the Group's monthly Operating Board
information packs.

- Liaise with the Finance Director with regard to the design and
implementation of financial control and reporting systems.

- Work with the Finance Director on the transfer of the Groups London
accounting systems and processes to the Leeds office.

- Assist with the production of Group forecasts and budgets.
