A London market insurance company is recruiting for a Finance Administrator to provide admin support to the Finance director and general finance support the rest of the Finance department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diary and correspondence management for the Finance Director, ad hoc tasks to support the FD, including production of tables for reports, budgets etc, general administration duties for the Finance department, organisation, preparation and circulation of Finance reports to the Board and its Committees, timetable management for the Finance functions, minute taking at committee meetings, typing of Accounts and general number presentation, sickness and training records and organising staff functions.

On the finance side you will assist the Management Information team by providing ad hoc assistance with finance accounting tasks, including reporting, transaction reconciliation, and ledger close duties.

Applicants will need to be IT literate will strong administration skills and ideally some exposure to a finance environment.
