A market leading services and outsource provider is recruiting for a Credit Controller to report to and assist the Team Leader. The job holder will be responsible for the collection of client receivables and minimising all aged debt. This will involve rendering monthly statements of accounts for inwards and where applicable outwards business, credit control on specific risks, liaising with brokers by telephone, email or face to face meetings, processing appropriate broker feedback, establishing strong working relationships with brokers to ensure work is appropriately prioritised and assisting with the review and improvement of processes and procedures.
Applicants must have a proven track record of working in a credit control environment within the London Insurance Market either for a broker, Service Company or underwriters, be confident meeting with clients face to face and take a proactive approach to challenging and improving processes and procedures.
