A leading provider of specialist global insurance products is recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join a newly created Business Process Unit. The job holder will be responsible for assisting the Business Process Unit in all aspects of the team’s responsibilities. This will include but not limited to scanning and indexing of the day to day risk and claims papers, running daily reports, logging all incoming work, keying incoming direct debit mandates into the banking system, issuing monthly broker statements, distributing the teams daily post including the banking of any cheque payments and covering the phones in the absence of the reception staff.
Applicants need to be educated to at least A Level standard, have relevant experience gained within a professional office environment and have knowledge of Microsoft products (excel, word).
