Our client is a large well regarded insurance company, specialising within
Motor Insurance, due to positive business growth are about to set up a new
dedicated motor insurance sales team.
Within this team they have to need to recruit a dedicated sales trainer to
bring with them ideas and experience to this exciting time for the business
Main responsibilities include the effective completion for the induction of
all new recruits to this new sales team, ensuring all training materials are
kept up to date, ensure that the course design and materials are kept in line
with FSA requirements, provide support to the sales department once starters
join the team, provide management information related to sales training issues
and altogether take responsibility of day to day control and motivation of
trainees whilst undertaking induction training.

training background relevant for this role
