Description:
Our client is one of the brightest lights in the domestic claims market.
They have a large scale expansion programme and are currently searching for a highly professional, ambitious and driven team leader to manage the inspection unit.
You will be solely responsible for the ruining of the team (from KPI setting and personal advancement through to managing the relationship with both the front end customer and the insurers).
You will have direct contact with senior management and will be an integral part of the claims inspection procedure.
The team will be internally based and will deal with UK wide clients; you will be the technical referral point and overall controller of the whole unit.
This role will suit a proven team leader with a history within the claims management and inspection procedure, an excellent all round package and genuine career progression opportunities accompany this role.
