An excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in establishing a
career within the insurance industry.

Working for a FTSE 250 company, the role is placed within a customer services
unit specialising in niche market insurance. As Sales and Customer Service
Advisor, you will handle all incoming sales calls relating to the various
insurance products offered giving excellent customer service.

General duties will include:

- Handling incoming enquiries competently.
- Give quotations for new insurance policies, renewals and changed to existing
cover.
- Working within a team giving excellent customer service.
- Achieving agreed sales and renewal targets
- Acquire and maintain superb product and regulatory knowledge.

Full training will be given as well as support towards professional
qualifications and development.

We would like to hear from customer service professionals who are well
experienced from within and office/professional environment. Some flexibility
regarding working hours is required as shift patterns will vary between
9am-5pm and 11am-7pm Monday to Friday.
