Description:
Our client is a busy insurance call centre looking to recruit within there
busy personal lines team.
As a technical referral you will support all operational areas of the business
in terms of technical customer service and personal lines underwriting
queries.
Improve working relationships with insurance companies with regards to
authorities.
Identify and log IT faults, provide management information to assess referral
figures.
Communicates effectively to internal and external contacts at all levels
We are looking for individuals with personal lines experience looking to step
into an underwriting referral role, which has good technical insurance
knowledge.
