An excellent role for an individual who has an interest in commencing a career in the insurance industry.

Working for this leading international insurer you will enjoy the benefits of an excellent training and development programme in a role that is a perfect introduction to this interesting industry. Based in a busy motor claims department, the role holder will handle telephone calls from policyholders and third parties to take details of new motor claims. The process will involve validating and investigating the claims through to settlement.

Customer service is a key part of this role, therefore the role holder will need to to have excellent interpersonal skills and be very customer focused.

We would like to hear from individuals who have customer service experience gained from within either an insurance or call centre background.
