This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to join the insurance
industry to begin a technical motor claims career. This is a large
well-respected insurance business because of expansion of a team they have a
need to recruit a customer focused individual into the business.

You will work on a rotating shift patterns between 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am
- 6pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday in eight - 9am - 12, with time in
lieu.

The role is telephone-based, and requires advisors to deal with the settlement
of motor theft claims efficiently and promptly.

Full comprehensive training and development is in place for everyone who joins
them, with on going development plans once in the team to help you in your
career.

Tasks and responsibilities;

Achieve own targets and team targets
Respond to customer queries, efficiently
Be aware and comply with FSA rules.
Ability to work within a team environment
Have an awareness of fraud and how that impacts on the settlement of claims

Skills we are looking for;

Preferable to have knowledge of insurance, but not essential
Good customer service skills
Good keyboard skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Excellent organisational Skills
