An exciting opportunity exists within an expanding insurer for an Intra-day
Co-ordinator.
Key responsibilities will include analysis of contact centre performance,
liaising with resource Planning Analysts and Management to ensure KPI's are in
line with contact centre production levels.
You will have previous experience of working within a call-centre environment
or related analytical discipline.
