Based in a call centre environment, you will be contributing to the development of a strong customer relationship, by understanding individual customer requirements. This will include identifying potential customer needs, raising awareness & demonstrating a full understanding of products & services. You should possess a clear & confident telephone manner, enjoy talking to customers on the telephone and be a team player with excellent organisational skills. You should demonstrate accurate keyboard skills.
