A role with a major insurer to provide quality customer service support in relation to the servicing of Broker and Client accounts and queries. Main Duties will include typing, invoicing and debiting, processing of new business and policy amendments and responding to emails. Resolution of queries from Clients, Broker, Engineer Surveyors and other team members. Skills required include : working knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as excellent communication skills - both written and oral. Personal Attributes: Strong accuracy skills, communicate effectively at all levels, prioritise own workload, adopt a positive and flexible approach, work cooperatively with other team members, contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
