Description:
Our leading client are looking to add a Motor Claims Team Leader to their expanding operation in the north Bristol area. Working with a team of up to 8 motor claims handlers you will be responsible for:
· Managing the day to day operations of the team· Developing junior claims handlers skills· Ensuring service levels are maintained above the companies bench mark level· Ensuring compliance with FSA and Company procedures· To develop relationships with key partner business and stakeholders
Ideally you will have a skill set that includes management, IT, negotiation, analytical and communication skills, with experience of managing a team of people within a similar environment.
Our client are currently offering up to £24,000 + an outstanding pension, a 35 hour week and up to 25 days holiday for the successful candidate.
