IPS Change & Project Management focuses on the fast evolving world of Change Management within the Insurance and Professional Service sectors.

The type of person working in and around the "Project Office" has a unique blend of skills across technology and business operations/support. We actively network and develop relationships with the following type of professional:

  • Head of Project Management (PMO) / Change
  • Change/Project & Programme Managers (with both business and/or technology experience)
  • Business Analysts (again with both business and/or technology experience)
  • Project Office Support
  • Change Consultants / Analysts

All the above mentioned people would have extensive Insurance & Professional Services experience and a core understanding of business process and the current issues the market is contending with.

The "business" Project Office environment continues to evolve and mature as it seeks to improve project implementation across the business. The Office works in partnership with Underwriting, Support Services / Operations and IT to manage business development and improvement projects.
