IPS Group was founded in 1969 as Insurance Personnel Selection to provide a professional
recruitment service to the London insurance market. The group has expanded and evolved
since then and provides professional recruitment services to a variety of sectors
in a variety of locations. We have become one of the best
known and most respected recruitment business names in our field.
Independently owned by the Directors and staff, we have offices in
London, Leeds,
Manchester, Birmingham and
Southampton as well as Chicago,
Hong Kong, Shanghai
and Singapore. We are active across the UK and
Central Europe, the USA, Asia and the Middle East, providing search, database, advertised
and interim recruitment solutions to a huge range of clients in our fields of operation.

recruitment division which handles assignments on a retained basis for management
and senior level staff. In the USA we have established a specialist search business to locate executives for
North American property and casualty insurers.
