Actuarial Division - London

Description:
IPS has a long history of making placings at all levels within the actuarial profession, both in the General Insurance and Life & Pensions industries. We are now looking to develop our Executive Search capabilities in this area, which have seen significant progress in the last few years in particular. We would be interested in speaking to experienced actuarial recruiters who could bring with them exposure to working on senior level assignments, probably on a retained basis. Additionally, we feel that this is a role which could be taken forward and developed by a qualified Actuary, perhaps looking for something a little different and keen to utilise his or her market knowledge and connections in a more challenging fashion. |

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our IT Recruitment team based within our City office. The role will be focused on supplying IT resource into the Insurance and Professional Services sectors.

For each office we require a trainee recruitment consultant and an individual with existing recruitment skills. You will either be a recruitment consultant or a lawyer looking for an alternative career.
The Role
You will be responsible for the recruitment of qualified lawyers and will be actively involved in generating and furthering client relationships, building/creating new business opportunities, interviewing candidates, visiting clients and providing an exemplary service to both clients and candidates alike. The role will demand excellent communication skills, drive, focus and an outstanding work ethic.
