Training and Development
Our people are our principal business asset and we work hard to ensure that as the
company's main point of contact with our clients and candidates, they continue to
develop both their recruitment skills and their market knowledge. We do this by
a combination of on the job training, bespoke training courses and a collegiate
working environment where the vast intellectual property accumulated by our Directors
and staff is made freely available to everyone.
We feel this has contributed significantly to our low staff turnover and we take
great pride in the professional development of our consultants during their careers
with the company.

The Forum of Professional Recruiters
We advocate that all our Consultants study for professional exams. They are therefore
given full sponsorship and support for attaining the professional qualification
awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. Success in the exams
is rewarded with a bonus.
