IPS Adjusting Recruitment

Since IPS was established over 40 years ago, our consultants have had close involvement with the loss adjusting market. Our focus has been on recruiting for all levels of technical roles, from Internal Claims Handlers through to Branch Managers and Directors. We have brought our knowledge and experience to bear on a wide range of assignments concerning property, liability, engineering and surveying.

With continued support and demand from our client partners in this market, we saw the need to create our own dedicated division. In 2000, our Leeds office became home to IPS Adjusting Recruitment, and has flourished since then to form powerful business relationships with a number of major loss adjusting companies. IPS has provided recruitment solutions not only in the UK, but also globally, with success in regions as diverse as Ireland, Czech Republic, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Africa.

Increasingly, we are being asked to work on assignments for insurers and brokers looking for additional in-house claims expertise. The roles for which we source candidates range from home-based Claims Inspectors working on domestic or liability losses, through to Home-Foreign Inspector positions with multinational insurance companies.
